Ascentech brings expertise across borders, backed by over 13 years of dedicated experience in delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Regional Sales Manager \n\nLocation: Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong plastics industry experience to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, expand market share, and lead sales activities across the Western region.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.\n\n Drive sales of plastic products and develop new business opportunities.\n\n Manage distributors, dealers, key accounts, and major customers.\n\n Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.\n\n Identify new markets and growth opportunities across the West.\n\n Monitor sales performance, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.\n\n Lead and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.\n\n Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.\n\n Ensure achievement of revenue and collection targets.\n\nRequirements\n\n B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n 5+ years’ sales experience, preferably within the plastics industry.\n\n Proven experience managing sales across the Western region of Nigeria.\n\n Strong distributor/dealer and customer network is highly preferred.\n\n Experience in B2B/channel sales and team management.\n\n Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.\n\n Proven track record of achieving sales targets.\n\n Willingness to travel extensively within the region.\n\nSalary\n\nN700,000 – N800,000 monthly.\n\nApplication Closing Date\n\n28th October, 2026.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to [email] using \"RSM -
