Sales & Distribution\n Reporting To: National Sales Manager\n Job Summary\n We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, collections, distributor/dealer development, and team performance across the assigned region.\n Key Responsibilities\n Drive regional sales revenue and collection targets.\n Develop and execute sales and market development strategies.\n Recruit, train, supervise, and manage Area Managers and Promoters.\n Build and expand distributor, dealer, retailer, and institutional customer networks.\n Identify and develop new business opportunities.\n Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market activities.\n Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage.\n Manage customer relationships and resolve customer, pricing, supply, and logistics issues.\n Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.\n Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.\n Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.\n Requirements\n Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.\n 8–12 years of progressive B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years managing a field sales team.\n Experience in building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, roofing/waterproofing products, gypsum, paints/coatings, or FMCG distribution.\n Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.\n Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.\n Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools.\n Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and commercial terrain.\n Willingness to travel
