Ascentech brings expertise across borders, backed by over 13 years of dedicated experience in delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Sales Manager \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nDepartment: Sales & Marketing\n\nReports To: GM / Head of Sales\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.\n\n Build relationships with customers and decision-makers.\n\n Recommend flexible packaging solutions based on customer needs.\n\n Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics for timely delivery.\n\n Support sampling, trials, and technical approvals.\n\n Track orders, forecasts, market trends, and competitors.\n\n Ensure timely payment collection and resolve complaints.\n\nKey Performance Indicators \n\n Sales revenue/volume targets\n\n New customer acquisition\n\n Customer retention and satisfaction\n\n Forecast accuracy and on-time delivery; payment collection.\n\nRequirements\n\n 5–10 years B2B sales experience (flexible packaging/printed laminates preferred).\n\n Technical understanding of flexible packaging and FMCG applications.\n\n Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.\n\n French proficiency preferred.\n\nCompetencies:\n\n Sales & business development\n\n Relationship management\n\n Commercial negotiation\n\n Market analysis\n\n Teamwork;
