We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Sales Representative (HoReCa) \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking a results-driven On-Trade Executive to drive sales and increase brand visibility across the on-trade channel in Lagos.\n\n The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other relevant outlets, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Drive sales and achieve assigned targets within the on-trade channel and designated territory.\n\n Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other relevant outlets.\n\n Conduct regular outlet visits to build relationships, generate orders, and strengthen customer engagement.\n\n Maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, purchasing officers, and other key stakeholders.\n\n Ensure effective product placement, brand visibility, and availability across assigned outlets.\n\n Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.\n\n Negotiate sales agreements and promotional opportunities in line with company policies.\n\n Prepare regular sales reports, update customer records, and provide feedback on market activities.\n\n Coordinate promotional activities and brand activations to improve product awareness and sales.\n\n Follow up on customer orders, payments, and other sales-related matters.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.\n\n Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the on-trade, hospitality, beverage, FMCG, or related sectors.\n\n Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, or similar establishments is an advantage.\n\n Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and selling skills.\n\n Ability to prospect for new customers, manage an assigned territory, and achieve sales targets.\n\n Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work weekends as required.\n\nSalary\n\nN200,000 -
