fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Soil Testing Lab Technician\n\nLocation: Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking a Lab Technician to conduct laboratory and field tests on soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and other construction materials, ensuring they meet required project specifications and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Collect, prepare, and test construction material samples.\n\n Conduct soil tests including moisture content, sieve analysis, Atterberg limits, Proctor and CBR.\n\n Perform concrete tests including slump, sampling, cube preparation, and compressive-strength tests.\n\n Conduct asphalt and aggregate tests, including gradation, density, bitumen/asphalt content, and Marshall/mix-design tests.\n\n Carry out field density and other on-site material tests.\n\n Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.\n\n Accurately record results and prepare laboratory/field reports.\n\n Ensure all testing follows approved procedures and applicable standards.\n\nRequirements\n\n OND / HND / BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology, Building Technology, Materials Engineering, or a related field.\n\n Practical experience in soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and construction material testing.\n\n Knowledge of relevant testing procedures and standards.\n\n Ability to operate laboratory and field-testing equipment.\n\n Good documentation and reporting skills.\n\n Willingness to work both in the laboratory and on construction sites.\n\nApplication Closing Date\n\n2nd November,
