Ascentech brings expertise across borders, backed by over 13 years of dedicated experience in delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Technical Customer Service Manager\n\nLocation: Victoria Island, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination.\n\n The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.\n\n Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.\n\n Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment-related issues.\n\n Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up with customers.\n\n Build and maintain strong customer relationships.\n\n Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service activities, and warranty claims.\n\n Prepare customer service reports and identify areas for improvement.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service or after-sales service.\n\n Experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries is highly preferred.\n\n Knowledge of warranty management, complaint resolution, and service coordination.\n\n Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.\n\nSalary\n\nN300,000 -
