are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer/Specialist with strong sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in earthmoving and heavy machinery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Drive sales of construction and heavy machinery within the assigned territory.\n\n Identify and develop new business opportunities among construction industry customers.\n\n Build and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and other relevant customers.\n\n Sell and provide technical information on earthmoving and construction equipment.\n\n Conduct customer visits, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.\n\n Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.\n\n Monitor customer needs, market activities, and business opportunities within the territory.\n\nRequirements\n\n Must have a B.Eng. / B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.\n\n Must have 6–8 years of relevant sales experience.\n\n Must have proven sales experience in the construction industry.\n\n Experience must be specifically in earthmoving/heavy machinery or construction-related equipment.\n\n Must have experience selling or strong exposure to equipment such as Excavators, Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Dumpers, and Heavy Wide-Body Trucks.\n\n Must have proven exposure to construction industry customers.\n\n Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.\n\n Must be target-driven and willing to travel for customer visits.\n\n Gender: Male
