Title: Truck Driver \n\nLocation: Oshodi, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.\nThe ideal candidate must have good knowledge of road safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and route planning, with a strong commitment to timely deliveries and responsible vehicle handling.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDrive company trucks safely to transport goods to designated locations.\nEnsure timely delivery and collection of goods in line with assigned schedules.\nMaintain accurate trip records, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.\nEnsure goods are properly secured and handled during transit.\nInspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition.\nReport mechanical faults, accidents, damages, or other vehicle-related issues promptly.\nKeep the truck clean and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.\nCommunicate with the relevant team regarding delivery progress, delays, and route challenges.\nEnsure all assigned goods and company property are handled responsibly.\nComply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong understanding of road safety regulations.\nRelevant commercial driving experience.\nValid driver's license with the appropriate vehicle class for the truck being operated.\nMinimum of 2–5 years’ experience as a truck driver.\nBasic knowledge of truck maintenance and troubleshooting.\nAbility to follow instructions, manage time, and maintain accurate trip records.\nMust be reliable, disciplined, safety-conscious, and physically fit for the demands of the role.\nGood knowledge of Lagos roads and major routes.\nPrevious experience transporting goods commercially is an added advantage.\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\nBasic Gross Salary: ₦100,000 per month.\n13th-month pay.\nAppraisal pay.\nHealth
