Ascentech brings expertise across borders, backed by over 13 years of dedicated experience in delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Warehouse Supervisor \n\nLocation: Ilupeju, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nIndustry: Importation and Distribution\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, goods receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, minimise inventory losses, maintain safety standards, and lead the warehouse team to achieve operational efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor warehouse expenses, minimise losses, and implement process improvements.\nEnforce warehouse security, housekeeping, and health and safety procedures.\nPrepare periodic reports on stock levels, variances, inventory ageing, and warehouse performance.\nOversee picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and customer returns to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.\nManage inventory, warehouse organisation, stock rotation, and replenishment levels.\nSupervise, train, and coordinate storekeepers, loaders, and other warehouse personnel.\nMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems.\nCollaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.\nSupervise the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.\nConduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and report damaged, expired, slow-moving, or obsolete stock.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.\nExperience in an importation, distribution, or trading business is an advantage.\nMinimum of 3 years' warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nBachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.\nPractical knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems such as SAP,
