They carry out daily activities to maintain effective inventory management and optimal inventory levels, procedures, and accurate databases. They work collaboratively with key business partners to ensure identified challenges are addressed timely. Interacting with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to resolve identified errors in data, practice, or policy while meeting business requirements. Additionally, the Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for material handling and inventory management in cleanrooms and the warehouse.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nStages and decommissions cleanrooms for productions.\nCreates labels and documentation to track material movement.\nPull stock/materials as needed.\nProperly identify and label product\nEnter all material movement transactions into inventory control system.\nRecommend, develop, and maintain procedures, department quality, apply LEAN principals and present ideas for process improvement.\nWork with the management team to generate custom reports to help analyze critical corporate metrics.\nMay assemble material on pallets for customer shipment.\nNotifies purchasing when stock is low or when lot numbers picked and shipped for traceability.\nStore Material in correct location.\nSupport production floor by transporting material as needed.\nMaintain accurate inventory records on materials, batches/lots, and location.\nFulfill Production order Picklist within IFS.\nFollow all provided control procedures and policies to complete tasks\nMake, Refine, and review Quality documentation related to warehouse procedures\nCross-train and serve as the primary backup for the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.\nOther tasks as assigned.\nEXPECTATIONS\nProvide a high level of response and service to internal and external\nSafely perform duties following Company quality\nParticipate in team building, training, and department\nAdditional tasks or improvement programs as may be\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBelow are the guidelines for education, knowledge, skill, and/or abilities needed to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation will be considered for individuals who are unable to meet the required qualifications.\nExperience analyzing and improving inventory management data, information, and processes.\nExperience working with ERP systems (IFS preferred).\nBasic knowledge of MS Office Suite.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to accurately report and forecast metrics.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.\n1-3 years of experience working in inventory control.\nExperience in regulated industry or medical manufacturing industry preferred.\nForklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is required.\nMust be able to obtain IATA certification through the company once hired.\nFamiliarity with FDA and ISO 13485 regulations is highly desirable.\nProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nWhile performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, walk, use hands, see, and hear.
