planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.\nFully accountable for project budgets and cost performance; identify variances and take corrective action when deviations occur.\nProactively identify, document, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies and escalate as appropriate.\nCustomer & Contract Management\nServe as the primary customer contact at the operational and technical level for all matters related to scope, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.\nServes as a secondary customer contact for technical matters, enabling direct engagement with technical owners as needed.\nReview and manage project contracts to ensure clarity of deliverables, responsibilities, and obligations.\nEnsures all customer-facing program documentation and deliverables are met, including Functional Design Specifications, Acceptance Test Plans, and milestone packages.\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, project activities, and key milestones.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customer counterparts to drive project satisfaction and reliable delivery.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Application Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Assembly, and other cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated project execution.\nWhen supporting program-level work, coordinate with the assigned Program Manager and project team to ensure alignment with program priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.\nSupport procurement and production readiness to ensure materials and resources are available to meet project timelines.\nEnsure smooth project handover to Customer Service and the customer at closeout, with fully documented and agreed-upon action items.\nPMO & Process Development\nApproximately 10% of the Project Manager’s time is invested in contributing to the Ascential Production System (APS) and PMO -
