This role ensures compliance with all applicable tariff regulations, accurately classifies goods, and supports the timely clearance of shipments.\nPerform data entry and provide general administrative and clerical support.\nManage and respond to daily email requests related to account transactions in a timely manner.\nCommunicate effectively with account managers regarding routine account issues, updates, and inquiries.\nPrepare, review, and process documentation in a paperless environment for U.S. Customs and other government agency releases.\nReview and verify import entry documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.\nAnalyze documentation to confirm Other Government Agency (OGA) declarations and complete required filings as necessary.\nMaintain, organize, and update records related to client transactional activities.\nPrepare and submit Import Security Filing (ISF) entries in a paperless format in compliance with U.S. Customs requirements.\nDevelop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements and efficiencies.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\nIndustry experience is helpful.\nBasic understanding of Customs
