We understand that our teammates are our most valuable assets, so we ‘play together’ by making every effort to provide a professional and enjoyable experience, enabling careers to flourish and personal growth to be achieved.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Transload Transportation Coordinator position focuses on assisting the Transload Final Mile team and customers with all their transportation needs.\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nProven experience in coordinating transloads/drayage moves\nKnowledgeable in International Freight including In-bond activities and Dray movements\nMonitor Container/FTL movement and activities.\nMonitor transload details with the warehouses as outlined by the Client.\nDispatch containers and send release information to carriers within required timelines.\nCoordinate Delivery appts to accommodate customer deadlines.\nMonitor and Manage any Delivery exceptions.\nMonitor and update all delivery milestones in system.\nHandle issues and Offer solutions.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience in dispatch for Drayage/FTL movements.\nExperience in ocean container Transload activities\nExperience in CFS Warehouse environment\nExperience in Freight Forwarding/Customs activities helpful\nStrong computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel preferred\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
