As such you will travel to customers across the US, debug the situation, coordinate with our HQ in Switzerland and apply the fix. This is a core role for our US expansion and you will be the first robot fixer on the ground.\nKey Responsibilities:\nKeep our US robots running by debugging and fixing hardware issues on-site.\nCoordinate maintenance and support with the onsite technicians and security guards.\nOrganize robot logistics, like shipping, spare robot locations, etc\nBackground:\nRelevant experience with hands-on projects, involving electronics and moving mechanical components.
