Doing\nCustomer Account & Solution Strategy\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers & strategic partners\n\nDevelop & maintain customer technology roadmaps & solution strategies\n\nSupport strategic account planning, business development and tender activities\n\nEnsure solutions align with customer requirements, organisational objectives and product roadmaps\n\nContribute to the development of best-in-class design deliverables & service delivery standards\n\nSolution Design & Technical Engineering\n\nYou will be responsible for designing integrated healthcare technology solutions including:\nNurse Call Systems\n\nClinical Communication Platforms\n\nStaff Safety Solutions\n\nDECT & Wireless Systems\n\nReal-Time Location Systems (RTLS)\n\nAlarm Management Solutions\n\nHealthcare Messaging Systems\n\nSafe Building Technologies\n\nSoftware and Integration Platforms\n\nYou will also:\nCreate functional and technical solution designs\n\nProduce Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications and equipment schedules\n\nDevelop system architecture diagrams and network designs\n\nDefine integration requirements and comprehensive design documentation\n\nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient & fit for purpose\n\nHealthcare Construction & Digital Delivery\nSupport healthcare technology projects through all applicable RIBA design stages\n\nCoordinate designs with architects, contractors, M&E consultants, ICT providers and specialist suppliers\n\nReview architectural, services and construction drawings and specifications\n\nParticipate in technical workshops, project reviews and design coordination meetings\n\nEnsure technology infrastructure integrates effectively with building services and construction requirements\n\nBIM & Digital Engineering\nSupport BIM and digital engineering processes across healthcare projects\n\nPromote ISO 19650 compliant information management practices\n\nAssist with model coordination, information delivery planning and digital design reviews\n\nContribute to BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery processes\n\nEnsure design information complies with project standards and information management requirements\n\nRisk Compliance & Quality\nIdentify and mitigate technical and solution-related risks\n\nEnsure designs meet cybersecurity, clinical safety and applicable regulatory requirements\n\nSupport product upgrades, software releases and technology change programmes\n\nContribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives\n\nWork in accordance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Information Security and Quality Management requirements\n\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\n\nResearch emerging technologies, healthcare trends and customer requirements\n\nSupport the development of new solutions, reusable templates and technical standards\n\nProvide feedback to Product Management on market developments and customer needs\n\nDrive improvements in engineering processes, design quality and documentation standards\n\nTechnical Infrastructure Expertise\nUnderstanding of:\nTCP/IP
