inspections of buildings, structures, outdoor areas, and civil infrastructure to detect faults and determine maintenance needs.\n\n Plan, oversee, and coordinate civil maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement works.\n\n Keep track of the structural integrity of buildings, walls, ceilings, floors, roofing systems, drainage structures, and related facilities.\n\n Create maintenance programmes for the civil and structural elements of a building.\n\n Produce technical assessments, work specifications, material lists, and cost estimates for civil works.\n\n Supervise contractors, artisans, and technicians engaged in civil construction and maintenance activities.\n\n Confirm that all civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.\n\n Inspect construction materials and workmanship to verify adherence to the required standards.\n\n Oversee repairs to cracks, concrete defects, leaking roofs, damaged walls, flooring, tiling, paving, and other structural or finishing elements.\n\n Manage the upkeep of drainage systems, walkways, parking areas, external walls, fences, gates, and other outdoor infrastructure.\n\n Detect possible structural, water-infiltration, drainage, erosion, and other property-related risks, and propose suitable remedies.\n\n Collaborate with contractors and consultants on renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.\n\n Evaluate contractor quotations and technical proposals, and present recommendations to management.\n\n Track project costs, materials, labour, and progress in order to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary spending.\n\n Make sure construction and maintenance activities are executed safely and with as little disruption as possible.\n\n Keep accurate records of
