DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our payment processing team and help shape products and services across the card issuing and acquiring domains. You will be the link between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, turning business needs into clear, implementable requirements for card processing platforms. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements for issuing and acquiring processing Prepare functional specifications and user stories and keep them up to date Work with development, QA, and operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Support testing, including preparing test scenarios, UAT, and defect analysis Analyze transaction data, reconciliation and settlement processes, and exceptions Follow card scheme releases and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the platform Support integrations with banks, card schemes, merchants, and third-party providers Contribute to improving processes, products, and documentation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments, b
