As well as the assisting with the execution process of new programs to our existing pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer customers.\nJob Scope and Major Responsibilities:\nAssisting with the operational management of the end to end procedures\nResponsible for onboarding new pharmacy members as it pertains to assigned projects.\nManaging the deadlines of assigned projects and tasks \nCollaborating with leadership as it pertains to assigned programs\nLeading and supporting data touch point meetings and tracker\nTrack approved data component changes within manufacturer and pharmacy partner agreements\nAssist with pharmacy partner’s IT security reviews and coordinate responses in collaboration with Asembia technology & security and compliance resources\nAssist with the creation of business reviews, reporting and agendas\nCreating and maintaining business rules as it pertains to assigned programs\nReviewing trending data for quality and compliance\nReviewing client dash boards to ensure KPI’s are being met\nAdditional assigned tasks as needed \nProfile pharmacies for inclusion in select programs\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deliverables for manufacturer partner \nCreate and update program trackers\nAdheres at all times to physical, administrative and technical safeguards related to core business when executing job functions.\nRegular attendance and schedule adherence is critical.\nAdhering to company policies and procedures.\nMaintain a professional demeanor, focused on respectful communication, a positive and reliable attitude, and responsible behavior. This includes dressing appropriately, being punctual, maintaining composure, and demonstrating accountability for your actions.\nWorking outside of core business hours may be required.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSome travel may be required.\nCompliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”).\nREQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nNew Jersey Office ONLY:\nMust be registered with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. \nMust successfully complete the ASPN Pharmacies New Jersey Policies and Procedures: Assessment.\nNevada Office ONLY:\nMust have Nevada Pharmacy Technician License.
