This includes dressing appropriately, being punctual, maintaining composure, and demonstrating accountability for your actions.\nWorking outside of core business hours may be required.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSome travel may be required.\nCompliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”).\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance or Healthcare Administration or similar field preferred.\n1-4+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, claims data analysis, or SQL/data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with pharmaceutical data in a team-driven environment\nUnderstanding of 340B program requirements, Medicare Part D regulations, and drug formulary management.\nAdvanced Excel skills (building Macros, pivot tables & pivot charts, writing formulas, etc.), SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Powerpoint).\nProven track record with taking ownership of data investigations and seeing them through to resolution, preferably using SQL or other statistical analysis.\nMust have client-facing experience and be able to articulate themselves clearly and concisely in their verbal and written communications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to present findings to management.\nPossess and maintain professional demeanor and courteous attitude.\nReliable and consistent attendance and schedule adherence is
