If you know how to staff a control room or quickly build a creative team, we want to hear from you.\nWhy ASG?\nWork with a creative, motivated, and supportive team.\n\nHelp shape the future of media production, broadcast, and creative staffing.\n\nFully remote work, with flexible scheduling for the variable-hours opening.\n\nReal potential for the variable-hours opening to grow into a full-time position.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles across media production, broadcast engineering, and creative and studio work.\n\nHandle 10 to 15 open requisitions at a time in the full-time role, with requisition load scaled to hours for the variable-hours role, adapting to dynamic, project-driven hiring needs.\n\nSource top candidates using HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, and other sourcing platforms.\n\nAssess and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for each project and client.\n\nBuild trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing insight on talent pipelines, market trends, and best practices.\n\nDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience with transparent, respectful, and timely communication at every touchpoint.\n\nLead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits.\n\nContribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and new process initiatives.\n\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.\n\nStaffing agency recruiting background, including experience recruiting in a contingent staffing environment.\n\nProven success hiring for either media production and broadcast roles (such as producers, editors, control room technicians, and broadcast engineers) or creative and studio roles (such as designers, art directors, motion graphics artists, copywriters, and creative producers).\n\nSolid understanding of the media production, broadcast, or creative industries.\n\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).\n\nProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or a similar sourcing tool.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.\n\nExtreme attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience recruiting for both media production and broadcast roles and creative and studio roles.\n\nExperience with Ashby.\n\nExperience with Monday.com or a similar system.\n\nExperience using AI tools in recruiting.\n\nYou Are:\nA quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments.\n\nResourceful and proactive.\n\nA great listener who values clear, open communication.\n\nHighly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.\n\nPositive, with a great sense of humor and a customer-centric approach.\n\nReady to build the teams behind leading-edge media, broadcast, and creative production?
