We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about implementing and maintaining a secure and stable Azure environment- someone who likes taking on challenges and seeing them through to the end, is comfortable working with/guiding others, and comfortable with providing guidance to management and upper leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure.\n\nProvision and configure Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and associated services.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and workflows using Azure DevOps, ARM templates/Bicep, PowerShell, or similar tools.\n\nMonitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.\n\nImplement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity management, network security, and compliance controls.\n\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to support application deployment, integration, and lifecycle management.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and performance issues within Azure environments.\n\nSupport hybrid cloud integrations and connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.\n\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to teams adopting Azure services.\n\nMaintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.\n\nStay current with emerging Azure technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.\n\n Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience working on Cloud Engineering, especially Azure Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field. \nExperience providing guidance on the implementation of resources, networking, and security policy in Azure, and experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring those resources.\nExperience with working in mission-critical enterprise environments, including overseeing backup & disaster recovery operations\nExperience planning & executing cloud migrations, and moving workloads from on-premises to the cloud.\nComfortable working in an environment that utilizes multiple frameworks/technologies, including .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and more.\nExperience providing support and troubleshooting issues for production applications.\nExperience working with security tools such as Tenable to manage vulnerability remediation, etc.\nExperience with tools like Azure Monitor, Workbooks, and Alerts - to create meaningful monitoring dashboards & alerting for critical observability for the ops team\nExperience crafting disaster recovery (DR) plans to ensure minimal downtime and prevent data loss.\nStrong networking knowledge - including understanding OSI layer functionality and network protocols.\nMicrosoft-focused certifications, such as: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.\nNetworking-focused certifications, such as: Network+, CCNA, etc.\n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nWork is equally performed in the field as well as in a normal office environment.
