This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network. The internet connection must have a consistent 50 down/10 up Mbps minimum internet speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications\nPerforms routine programming assignments under Manager’s supervision\nDevelops an understanding of assigned application and internal customer area, standards and techniques, and general business knowledge\nDemonstrates understanding of departmental procedures, programming standards, and all pertinent training materials\nUnit testing as applicable\nProviding time estimates of assigned tasks and compare estimates to actual time spent in order to improve estimating accuracy\nRecommends possible improvements in applications\nWork independently with minimal supervision\nMentor junior programmers\nProperly refactor legacy components as needed\nCommunicate directly with product owner and end users\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an IT, computer, or technical related field or equivalent experience. High school diploma required.\nMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience performing computer programming with experience in ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, SQL\nExperience with web development programming in a client/server setup required.\nExperience with relational database design, writing queries and stored procedures with MySQL or Microsoft SQL required.\nExceeds expectations of a programmer with demonstrated proficiency in coding.\nExperience with Object Oriented Analysis and Development within large enterprise level applications required.\nExperience with development and consumption of web services preferred\nExperience with XSLT, XML required\nHTTP, C#, SQL optimization experience\n\nCore Compe\nHands-on experience using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.\nUnderstanding of prompt design and evaluation for engineering workflows.\nFamiliarity with LLM APIs and basic patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation and function/tool calling.\nAbility to validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and bias.\nExperience building lightweight AI-enabled features into production systems is a plus.\nExperience with VSCode\ntencies\nDemonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.\nAbility to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. \nExcellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment.\nAbility to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.\nDemonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.\nAbility to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.\nMobility\nPrimarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to speak, see and hear other personnel and/or objects.
