Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C. is looking for a qualified and motivated ERP Pre-Sales Engineer to join its Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, the sales team, and technical teams to understand business requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, and recommend suitable systems that address customer needs.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business processes, challenges, and ERP requirements.
• Conduct ERP product demonstrations and explain system features, modules, and business benefits.
• Recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and development teams to validate proposed solutions.
• Identify functional gaps, customization requirements, and integration needs.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Maintain accurate customer requirements, sales opportunities, and demonstration records in the CRM or ERP system.
• Conduct market and competitor research and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly pre-sales activity reports.
• Ensure proper handover of customer requirements to the implementation team after a successful sale.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in ERP pre-sales, ERP implementation, business analysis, software consulting, or technical sales.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• ERP-related training or certification is an advantage.

1. Required Technical Skills

• Good understanding of ERP modules, including Accounting and Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, and Operations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate customer requirements into ERP solutions.
• Understanding of software implementation, integrations, and customization requirements.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, workflow documentation, and presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
