From early-stage development to loss of exclusivity, we simplify complexity, unlock value, and make collaboration seamless at every pivotal moment - supporting confident, insight-driven decisions that move innovation forward.\nAbout the team:\nOur Singapore team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative quantitative brand equity tracking market research techniques, as well as other custom qualitative and quantitative methods.\nThe Singapore team works with global colleagues in Operations, Analytics and Data divisions. The global programs the team supports involve highly innovative methods (including AI tools) and outputs for the clients, informing real-time strategic decision-making.\nThe programs are multi-year and cover multiple markets and therapy areas, with each therapy area having its own project team for delivery. The central team focuses on coordinating resources, research materials, questionnaires and deliverables across each indication, as well as bringing in expertise in analytics, dashboard development and automation.\nYour primary role: \nYour role will be to ensure the smooth running of quantitative brand equity tracking programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and actionable insights.\nYou will also work on broader custom quantitative and qualitative projects.\nWith input from your manager, you will be writing questionnaires, testing survey links, and ensuring data integrity throughout the research process.\nYou will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and insights.\nYou will interrogate the findings, helping to craft compelling presentations alongside senior team members.\nYou will have a strong focus on specific therapeutic areas and collaborate directly with the client to support their brand planning and strategic development.\nYou will also play a key role in supporting the Director in running workshops, helping client teams translate research insights into strategic brand development and decision-making.\nYour job will involve mentoring and managing junior team members, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.\nAbout You…\nYour skills and experience:\nAt least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience\nAppreciation of marketing / client side issues\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently\nGood communication skills - both verbal and written\nAbility to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines\nIdeal profile:\n\nYou are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach\nYou demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving\nYou are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues\nYou communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion\nYou are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress in your career\nLife at Research Partnership:\nWe love what we do and continuously strive for innovation and creativity.
