The driver should ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely manner.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nTransport Children, employees, goods, and equipment to and from loading points and drop-off points\n\nOnsite periodical inspections of vehicles daily, and weekly as required.\n\nEnsure all vehicles have valid motor insurance, roadworthiness certificates, and motor vehicle tax at all times.\n\nSchedule regular vehicle service appointments and report any issues\n\nMap out driving routes ahead of time for out-of-town and cross-border travel.\n\nUndertake thorough preventive maintenance procedures and pre and post-trip motor vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle is in good operating condition.\n\nDemonstrate prescribed and proper student management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly atmosphere on the bus.\n\nIssue monthly reports on the status of functional components of motor vehicles such as tires, braking system, vehicle body, etc. to the Line Manager\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\n\nGrade 12 Certificate\n\nClean driver’s License – Class CE category P, PSV\n\nTrustworthy and able to accommodate team member\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\n\nTeam player\n\n2 years and above work experience in a busy organization\n\nBeing familiar with Zambian and SADC region routes will be added advantage\n\nAPPLICATION
