Our clients include well-known regional and national developers, investment companies, waste operators, FE colleges and local authorities.\nYou will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including commercial and residential development, energy and waste projects, education, property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a team that has an outstanding reputation both locally and nationally.\nAs a Paralegal, you will work closely with lawyers across the team, supporting a broad range of Real Estate transactions and matters. You will prepare and review legal documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, manage case files and assist with the day-to-day progression of matters. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience and further develop your expertise within a leading Real Estate team.\nWho you are\nIdeally, you will have previous experience working as a Paralegal, in a legal support role, or within the property sector. Experience of Real Estate or property-related work would be advantageous. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to support fee earners across a broad range of transactions and matters.\nYou will be self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
