The position will report to the logistics supervisor.\nThis is a Onsite full-time position.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nReceive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods as per approved procedures.\nVerify quantities, labels, batch details, and material condition during receipt.\nEnsure proper storage and segregation of materials as per GMP requirements.\nMaintain material identification and status labels (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected).\nPerform material issuance and transfer activities to support production requirements.\nHandle material movements using pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts (where authorized).\nEnsure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed during material issuance.\nAssist in material dispensing and reconciliation activities.\nGenerate and update stock reports as required.\nParticipate in cycle counts and physical inventory verification.\nSupport reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.\nEnsure inventory accuracy and timely reporting of stock shortages or variances.\nAssist in monitoring stock levels and stock aging.\nPrepare materials and finished goods for dispatch.\nCoordinate loading and unloading activities.\nVerify dispatch documentation and transportation details.\nFollow GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements.\nMaintain warehouse documentation as per SOP requirements.\nEnsure proper handling of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials.\nFollow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.\nReport unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.\nEnsure safe handling and storage of materials.\nIn order to be qualified for this role, youmust possessthe following:\n2-5 years of experience in Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics operations.\nExperience in Pharmaceutical, Excipient, Chemical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.\nThe following skill sets arepreferred by the business unit:\n10th /HSC/ITI or Bachelor in any field.\nIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
