The position will report to the Assistant Production Manager. This is a Onsite full-time position.\nProduction Operations\nOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment including:Amixon Blender\nV-Blender\nIBC Blender\n\nPerform equipment setup, pre-operation checks, operation, and shutdown activities as per approved SOPs.\nEnsure blending activities are carried out according to production schedules and batch instructions.\nVerify equipment status labels and cleanliness before use.\nReport any equipment malfunction, abnormality, or process deviation to supervisors immediately.\nDispensing Activities\nPerform raw material dispensing as per approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and dispensing instructions.\nEnsure material identification, status verification, and weight accuracy during dispensing operations.\nFollow line clearance and material reconciliation procedures.\nMaintain proper segregation and traceability of raw materials and finished products.\nCIP (Clean-In-Place) Operations\nOperate and monitor CIP systems for cleaning of manufacturing equipment.\nEnsure cleaning cycles are completed according to validated procedures.\nRecord cleaning parameters and maintain cleaning documentation.\nSupport cleaning verification and inspection activities.\nDocumentation & GMP Compliance\nComplete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other production documents accurately in real time.\nMaintain online documentation practices in accordance with GMP requirements.\nEnsure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\nParticipate in investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions when required.\nQuality & Compliance\nFollow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in production areas.\nEnsure adherence to approved processes and prevent cross-contamination risks.\nSupport audits, inspections, and quality initiatives.\nSafety, Health & Environment (EHS)\nFollow all safety rules, permits, risk assessments, and safe work practices.\nUse appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during operations.\nReport unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, incidents, and near misses promptly.\nPromote and actively participate in a strong safety culture with a goal of zero incidents.\nSupport 5S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
