This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Finance function.\nThis position will report to Senior Manager - FP&A\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nPrepare, analyze, and communicate accurate and timely monthly financial reports including business unit results and regional performance.\nCompile PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management monthly business review meetings.\nSupport the leadership to provide them with the analytics they need to run their business including:\n1) product profitability,\n2) costing, and\n3) operating expense analysis.\nPrepare and communicate monthly financial results for management reporting.\nBe involved in cost analysis, business unit analysis, and lend insights.\nBe available to participate in any ad hoc requests or new projects from functional and business leadership.\nActively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety\nImprove the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others.\nIn order to be qualified for this role, youmust possessthe following:\n 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company\nMBA with a desired concentration in Finance or Accounting\nExcellent written/verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.\nAbility to work independently and within a team structure in a dynamic and tight deadline-driven environment.\nStrong technical and operational systems / accounting background\nFamiliarity with US GAAP\nFamiliarity with SAP, BW.\nAbility to learn and use financial software and applications for the extraction and analysis of information\nKnowledge and skilled use of Excel. \nBe based in Hyderabad, India and the ability to travel (less than 10%)\nThe candidate must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, adaptability and the ability to handle multiple projects.\nDemonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times.\nThe ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different.\nIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
