The position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.\nThis is a Onsite full-time position.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nReceive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods as per approved procedures.\nVerify material quantity, batch numbers, labels, and physical condition during receipt.\nEnsure proper storage and segregation of materials based on their status (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected).\nAffix and maintain material status labels and identification tags.\nCarry out material transfer activities between warehouse, dispensing, and production areas.\nOperate pallet trucks, stackers, hand trolleys, and forklifts (if certified).\nEnsure safe handling of materials to prevent damage and contamination.\nFollow FIFO/FEFO principles during material issuance and storage.\nPerform dispensing of raw materials as per approved dispensing requests and SOPs.\nVerify material code, batch number, quantity, and status before dispensing.\nEnsure proper documentation and reconciliation of dispensed materials.\nMaintain cleanliness and GMP standards in dispensing areas.\nMaintain accurate warehouse records and logs.\nComplete all GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner.\nReport inventory discrepancies to supervisors.\nParticipate in cycle counting and stock verification activities.\nAssist in physical inventory checks and reconciliation.\nMonitor stock conditions and report damaged or expired materials.\nPrepare materials and finished goods for dispatch.\nSupport loading and unloading of vehicles.\nVerify dispatch quantities and documentation before shipment.\nEnsure compliance with transportation and handling requirements.\nFollow GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and SOP requirements.\nMaintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.\nEnsure proper handling of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials.\nFollow all EHS procedures and wear appropriate PPE.\nReport unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately.\nParticipate in safety trainings and toolbox talks.\nMaintain a safe and clean working environment.\nIn order to be qualified for this role, youmust possessthe following:\n2-3 years of warehouse/stores experience in Pharmaceutical, Excipient, Chemical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing industries.\nExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.\nThe following skill sets arepreferred by the business unit:\nHSC / ITI / Graduate in any discipline.\nCertification in forklift operation will be an added advantage.\nIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
