Through effective coordination, accurate record management, and a proactive approach, you'll help drive continuous improvement while supporting a safe, efficient working environment.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in an organised environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact across the business.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCollaborating with and supporting the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.\nPromoting a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE practices and supporting the maintenance and updating of QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.\nAssisting with the preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections.\nSupporting delivery of HSE focused training topics to workshop and offshore personnel on a regular basis.\nSupporting the production, distribution and filing of safety alerts.\nCoordinating the company lessons learned system, including the allocation and tracking of actions.\nAssisting with implementation the QHSE competency system across all teams.\nContributing to the delivery of proactive emergency response initiatives.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of QHSE matters.\nProvide administrative support to the wider QHSE team\nWhat experience you'll bring:\nAdministrative / Coordinator experience in a similar role.\nCertification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) advantageous.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.\nSelf-motivated, flexible, organised and able to work on own initiative.\nAttention to detail, strong analytical skills and a quality focus.\nWho we are:\nEstablished in 1985, Ashtead Technology is a leading provider of subsea equipment rental solutions, advanced underwater technologies, and support services to the global offshore energy sector.
