Frontline IT Support & User Assistance\nProvide first-level IT support and assistance to end users at the onsite IT Service Point.\nRespond to IT-related enquiries, service requests and workplace technology issues.\nProvide guidance to users on IT services, equipment usage and company IT procedures.\nCoordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and fulfil service requests.\n2. IT Asset & Inventory Management\nMaintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals and other IT equipment.\nAssist with IT asset allocation, collection, tracking and inventory updates.\nMonitor IT equipment and consumable stock levels.\nCoordinate procurement requests and replenishment of IT equipment when required.\n3. Device Deployment & Hardware Support\nAssist with the deployment and handover of laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.\nSupport device collection, replacement and return processes.\nEnsure proper documentation and updating of IT asset records.\n4. IT Service Requests & Administrative Support\nProcess, track and follow up on IT service requests.\nMaintain accurate service records, documentation and inventory reports.\nAssist with administrative and operational activities relating to IT service delivery.\nProvide users with information on mobile subscriptions, roaming services and applicable IT policies.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant IT support experience are welcome to apply.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems and common IT peripherals.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic IT troubleshooting would be an advantage.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented attitude.\nOrganised, meticulous and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.\nWillingness to learn and work collaboratively with IT teams and end users.\nAble to work independently in a customer-facing onsite environment.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to gain
