The successful candidate will be stationed at our customer's premises to provide day-to-day network infrastructure support, monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate network maintenance activities.\nThis position is suitable for candidates with a good understanding of networking fundamentals who enjoy hands-on technical work and problem-solving.\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Network Support and Administration\nProvide daily technical support and administration of network equipment, including switches, routers and related infrastructure.\nMonitor network equipment and connectivity to ensure smooth daily operations.\nMaintain accurate network equipment inventory, asset records and technical documentation.\nHandle, investigate and resolve network incidents, service requests and approved change requests.\nEscalate complex network issues to the relevant technical teams when necessary.\n2. Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting\nMonitor network performance and identify potential connectivity or performance issues.\nProvide first-level troubleshooting and resolution of LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues affecting end users.\nPerform initial diagnostics to identify network faults and assist in restoring services.\nCoordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors for issue resolution.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related discipline.\nPreferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in network support, IT infrastructure support or a similar role.\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS and DHCP.\nBasic knowledge of network equipment such as switches, routers and wireless access points.\nFamiliarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.\nBasic knowledge of structured network cabling and patching.\nGood communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently at the customer's premises and collaborate effectively with other technical teams.\nResponsible,
