融入分析、建模、实现、测试和评审，维护工程上下文与验证资产，协同建立可复用的 AI Native 开发流程。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 硕士及以上学历，3 年及以上后端开发经验，具备 Go 实际项目经验和独立模块交付能力。\n\n2. 具备扎实的编程、数据结构和网络基础，熟悉 Go 并发、Context、网络 I/O、超时取消、错误处理及资源管理。\n\n3. 熟悉 PostgreSQL 或同类关系数据库，能合理设计事务、索引、约束与数据迁移，理解并发一致性及查询性能。\n\n4. 熟悉 HTTP API、认证授权、异步任务及常见服务通信方式，能根据业务约束选择方案并解释技术取舍。\n\n5. 有 Redis／Valkey 或同类缓存经验，理解过期、热点、缓存失效及数据一致性，能合理划分缓存与持久化数据职责。\n\n6. 有 Linux、容器化及 Kubernetes 项目经验，理解多副本、滚动发布和进程退出对请求及任务的影响。\n\n7. 必须具备 AI 辅助开发的实际项目经验，能提供清晰上下文、拆解任务、审查和调试生成代码，并通过独立测试验证结果。\n\n8. 具备快速学习和跨模块协作能力，能理解陌生业务、检索并核实技术资料、维护接口约定，对最终交付与运行质量负责。\n\n加分项\n\n1. 有复杂业务系统、分布式任务、数据一致性、性能优化或故障恢复实践。\n\n2. 有公共组件、SDK、开发工具或自动化交付能力的建设经验。\n\n3. 有跨语言、跨模块或前后端协作经历，能依据任务需要扩展自己的工程能力。\n\n4. 建设过团队 AI 工作流、编码 Agent 任务体系或自动化评审与验证流程，能够说明实际效果与局限。\n\n技术环境\n\n以 Go 为主要开发语言，涉及关系数据库、缓存、对象存储、容器化、Kubernetes 及可观测性工具。重视工程原理、问题解决能力和组件适用性判断，能够随业务需要学习并验证新的工具与方案。\n\nAI Native 协作要求\n\n围绕“需求与约束整理—任务拆解—AI 辅助实现—独立测试—人工评审—知识回填”组织工作。能为编码 Agent
