technical solutions\nDevelop scalable APIs and backend services for Al-driven features\nOptimize model performance, latency, and reliability in real-world applications\nWork with cloud-native architectures and services within the Microsoft ecosystem\nEnsure code quality, maintainability, and best engineering practices\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong professional experience in Python (must-have)\nProven experience building Al/ML-powered applications (not just research)\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles (APIs, system design, testing, version control)\nExperience working with LLMs, Al frameworks, or agent-based architectures\nHands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET integrations, or related services)\nFamiliarity with deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Azure Al services, OpenAl integrations, or similar platforms\nKnowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems\nExperience with data pipelines and real-time processing\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks\nExposure to frontend frameworks
