lead quality.\nMaintain consistent branding across digital content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.\nResearch Dubai communities, audience interests, competitor activity, and relevant market developments.\nTrack campaign spending, website traffic, engagement, enquiries, and cost per qualified lead.\nCoordinate suppliers and marketing activities to meet agreed timelines and budgets.\nCheck property claims, prices, availability, and promotional details before publication, following internal approval processes.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.\nStrong English copywriting and communication skills.\nExperience managing social media channels and content calendars.\nFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analytics.\nWorking knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.\nAbility to coordinate photo and video production and provide clear creative briefs.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nA practical understanding of lead generation and collaboration with sales teams.\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.\nA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to have\nExperience in UAE real estate marketing.\nFamiliarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM platforms.\nBasic video editing and short-form content creation skills.\nKnowledge of SEO, website content management, and email marketing tools.\nArabic language skills.\nFamiliarity with Dubai property advertising
