practical design solutions.\nEstablish a consistent design direction across products and projects.\nBuild and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, and design guidelines.\nPlan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design validation.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality experiences.\nMentor designers, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality through regular design reviews.\nCreate clear design specifications and support developers throughout implementation.\nAdvocate for accessibility, responsive design, and consistent interaction patterns.\nUse research, feedback, and product data to identify opportunities and improve existing experiences.\nPresent design decisions clearly to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.\nManage design priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.\nRequirements\n6+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience, with experience leading a design team or major design initiatives.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, clear problem-solving, and your contribution to the outcome.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.\nStrong skills in interaction design, visual design, typography, layout, and information architecture.\nExperience designing responsive web applications and mobile experiences.\nPractical knowledge of user research, usability testing, and accessibility principles.\nExperience collaborating with developers and working within Agile delivery teams.\n Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nThe ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.\nA thoughtful leadership style with a commitment to helping other designers grow.\nNice to have\nExperience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or complex workflows.\nExperience working in a software development agency or across multiple client projects.\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices.\nExperience using analytics and experimentation to evaluate design decisions.\nExperience designing multilingual interfaces, including Arabic and right-to-left
