In this role, you will lead analytical efforts to develop and optimize methods supporting the characterization of antibodies and diverse antibody formats (including bispecifics and other multispecifics, Fc-fusions, and other engineered architectures), proteins, and CGT therapeutics. You will actively collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring that your work and insights are aligned with broader program goals. You will apply your technical skills to address complex analytical challenges, continuously grow your expertise, and contribute to a culture of scientific rigor.\nAbout the Role:\nLead analytical development efforts for key projects, designing and implementing experiments to generate actionable results.\n\nEngage with cross-functional teams to share findings, raise critical analytical issues, and support aligned decision-making.\n\nManage and mentor junior scientists, focusing on experimental design, problem-solving, and fostering a culture of scientific rigor.\n\nEnsure transparency and maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders about progress, risks, and results.\n\nContinuously develop and apply technical skills in analytical method development (HPLC/UPLC, MS, CE, and other protein characterization techniques) to address evolving project needs.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, analytical throughput, and reproducibility.\n\nAbout You:\nPh.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 4+ years of relevant biopharma analytical experience, or M.S. with 7+ years of relevant experience.\n\nHands-on experience in analytical method development (HPLC/UPLC, MS, CE, UV, etc.) across diverse antibody formats, with a willingness and aptitude to rapidly expand technical expertise.\n\nStrong understanding of antibody structural formats and how format-specific architecture (bispecifics/multispecifics, Fc-fusions, biosimilars, and other engineered constructs) shapes analytical strategy and method selection.\n\nStrong collaboration and alignment skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and maintain transparency with stakeholders.\n\nExperience mentoring junior scientists, guiding them in experimental design and problem-solving, and fostering a culture of rigorous science.\n\nProactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to apply analytical skills to address complex project challenges.\n\nExperience engaging across teams and functions, influencing decisions through effective data-driven communication.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nWe're fueled by a vision to transform biological engineering into a fully-fledged engineering discipline.
