The role focuses on maintaining applications running on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), managing SAP Basis operations for private S/4HANA Cloud environments, and enabling secure integrations between customer S/4 landscapes and BTP extensions.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong SAP platform administration expertise with cloud-native operations and integration experience, ensuring our enterprise SaaS solutions run securely, reliably, and efficiently across multiple customer environments.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSAP BTP Platform Operations \nManage and maintain SAP BTP subaccounts, spaces, and Cloud Foundry environments.\nDeploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications running on BTP Cloud Foundry runtime.\nManage BTP services including:\nXSUAA\nDestination service\nConnectivity service\nAuthorization & Trust configuration\nCloud Identity Services\nMonitor application health, logs, and performance using BTP monitoring and logging tools.\nManage service instances, service bindings, and environment configurations.\nCoordinate with development teams on CI/CD deployments and runtime troubleshooting.\nSAP Basis Administration (Private S/4HANA Cloud) \nPerform Basis administration activities for private S/4HANA Cloud environments including:\nUser and role management\nSystem monitoring and health checks\nTransport management\nSystem configuration and maintenance\nMonitor system performance, background jobs, and integration components\nSupport system upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows\nManage connectivity between S/4 systems and BTP services\nSAP Integration & Connectivity \nConfigure and maintain secure integrations between SAP BTP and S/4HANA systems\nManage integration components including:\nSAP Cloud Connector\nDestinations and connectivity services\nOAuth and SAML authentication setups\nSupport customer-specific integrations between:\nSAP S/4HANA\nSAP BTP applications\nExternal systems and APIs\nTroubleshoot integration issues across BTP, S/4, and customer landscapes\nSecurity & Compliance \nEnsure platform operations follow security best practices and compliance requirements\nManage identity providers, role collections, and access management\nSupport audit and compliance efforts such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 assessments.\nImplement and monitor secure connectivity between cloud and on-premises systems.\nPlatform Reliability & Support \nMonitor and troubleshoot production environments\nManage incidents, service disruptions, and root cause analysis\nMaintain platform documentation and operational procedures\nProvide support for customer deployments and onboarding activities\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in SAP Basis or SAP BTP administration.\nHands-on experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry runtime.\nExperience administering SAP S/4HANA environments.\nExperience configuring SAP Cloud Connector.\nFamiliarity with SAP transport management and system monitoring.\nExperience troubleshooting SAP integrations and connectivity issues.\nExperience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI (Good to have).\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 application deployment (Good to have).\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines for SAP applications (Good to have).\nKnowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure (Good to have).\nExperience supporting multi-tenant SaaS environments (Good to have).\nSAP certifications related to BTP or Basis administration (Good to
