岗位职责：

1.参与制定和优化高性能、高可用性的微服务架构，保证系统的可扩展性和稳定性

2.负责完成产品经理、技术负责人安排的大数据、算法、微服务相关产品的研发工作

3.设计研发系统自动化部署、监控和运维工具，提高开发效率和系统稳定性

4.参与制定并遵守团队的开发规范和流程，保证代码质量和团队协作效率

岗位要求：

1.计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，有2年以上Java后端开发经验及1年以上的架构设计经验

2.精通Java语言，熟悉常用的设计模式和数据结构，具备良好的编码习惯

3.熟悉JavaScript，了解vue等前端开发框架，能够开发常规的前端页面

4.熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等框架，有微服务架构设计经验

5.熟悉常用的关系数据库，如MySQL、Oracle等，了解非关系数据库、数据仓库等技术

6.了解大数据相关技术，如hadoop、flink、kafka等

7.了解DevOps理念，有Docker、Kubernetes等容器化部署架构设计经验者优先

8.具备良好的团队合作精神，能够有效沟通和协作，有快速学习能力和问题解决能力
