You report to the CEO.What you will do\nRun discovery calls and find the real test automation problem of the customer.\nPresent AskUI and run demos together with our Pre-Sales Engineers.\nPlan and manage POCs with clear success criteria.\nWrite offers, negotiate prices and close licence contracts.\nManage several enterprise deals at the same time with many stakeholders.\nWork with procurement, legal and IT security teams on the customer side.\nKeep your pipeline and forecast in the CRM correct and up to date.\nGrow existing accounts into new teams and new use cases.\nGive product feedback from the market to our product team.\nYour Profile\nAt least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales with a closing role.\nExperience with enterprise deals and long sales cycles.\nInterest in software testing, test automation and AI.\nYou can explain a technical product in simple words.\nYou are structured and you can run a deal plan with many people.\nYou speak fluent German and English.\nExperience in automotive, rail, healthcare, insurance or industrial software is a plus.\nExperience with a CRM and modern sales tools is a plus.\nOur Offer\nBase salary of 78,000 EUR per year plus a variable commission of 78,000 EUR at 100% of quota.
