The hardware includes robotics,\ngas valves, temperature controllers and other hardware. Based in Singapore, the Senior QA Engineer will have the opportunity to be part of the team that leads the next generation of SEMI manufacture control Software technology and trends. The role will automate and streamline QA Process to work alongside with our CI/CD development process.\nWhat you will be working on\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, document, and improve software test suites\nPerform manual and automated testing of software in simulation and on physical semiconductor manufacturing equipment\nExecute and analyze the functionality of engineering designs compared to intended outcomes, providing feedback on the quality, e􀆯ectiveness, and performance of the designs\nAutomate, streamline, and maintain QA processes to integrate seamlessly with CI/CD development workflows.\nUtilize and implement existing quality standards, methods, and procedures with existing business processes\nDevelop and implement new quality standards, methods, and procedures not encompassed by existing business processes both internal and external to the software Engineering group.\nLearn the system operation that includes mechanical, electrical, and software functionality.\nCreate and manage tests plans and test cases, ensuring thorough validation of software enhancements and defect fixes.\nWork with Process Engineering in testing the system, finding appropriate usage to achieve results, define enhancements, or quality improvements.\nManage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables\nWhat we are looking for\nMinimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in software development, software testing or test automation\nProficiency in at least one programming language/test case management/issue tracking software\nWorking experience in the field of System Quality Assurance, System Quality Engineering with “hands-on”experience as a Quality Engineer or a software developer in test with a company engaged in the manufacture of complex electromechanical equipment with integrated software controls in semiconductor equipment environment or high-tech equipment manufacturing environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and stakeholders.\nAbility to travel up to 10-25% of the time\nWhat sets you apart\nJira/Confluence/Git/other test tools such as Test Complete or TestRail\nProficiency in one or more of: Python, C++ or C#\nExperience with semiconductor equipment\nExperience in a role configuring software applications, managing software versioning, or providing configuration management responsibilities in a software development environment\nExperience with CI/CD pipeline creation, execution and maintenance.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools, large language models (LLMs), and modern software engineering practices leveraging generative AI\nApply today to be part of what’s next.\nWe make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
