This internship provides hands-on experience in process excellence and AI-driven transformation. Your main responsibilities will be:\nCollect, structure, and analyze process information across business domains.\nSupport process standardization and heatmapping activities.\nMaintain project administration, reporting, action tracking, and documentation.\nPrepare management presentations, workshops, and business analyses.\nIdentify opportunities to improve process consistency and quality.\nSupport documentation efforts that contribute to AI readiness and process automation.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to support transformation and harmonization initiatives.\nThis is a bachelor’s or master’s internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Process Management, Change Management, Educational Sciences, Learning & Development, or a related field.\nHave strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data.\nAre analytical and able to translate information into clear insights.\nCommunicate effectively with different stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively.\nAre organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.\nHave an interest in business process improvement, digital transformation, and AI applications.\nThis internship is ideal if you enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. During this internship, you will contribute to meaningful improvement initiatives while developing practical experience in change management, process excellence, and AI readiness. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
