The team develops and maintains standardized project management processes, documentation, and learning materials that help project teams work consistently across regions. In this internship, you will contribute to improving process documentation, digital learning solutions, and knowledge management practices used worldwide. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process management and continuous improvement within an international project environment. \nYour assignment\nWithin the Global Projects team, several process improvement initiatives are being further developed to strengthen project management maturity, standardization, and knowledge sharing. You will support the assessment, optimization, and maintenance of process documentation while also helping create digital learning content for global users. By combining process analysis, stakeholder interaction, and digital communication, you will help improve how project knowledge is documented and adopted across the organization. Your main responsibilities will be:\nReview and assess existing process documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. \nValidate process flows and working methods with stakeholders across the organization. \nStandardize and update process maps using professional documentation practices. \nSupport the migration and harmonization of process documentation. \nCreate instructional videos and digital learning content to support onboarding and knowledge sharing. \nAnalyze documentation quality and identify opportunities for improvement. \nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process governance and project management standards. \nDuring this internship, you will work closely with experienced project management professionals and gain exposure to governance structures, process frameworks, documentation standards, and organizational improvement projects within a global environment. \nThis is a bachelor internship for a minimum of 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is flexible and can be aligned with your academic schedule.\n\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Management, or a related field. \nHave an interest in process management, documentation, and continuous improvement. \nAre analytical and able to structure complex information clearly. \nCommunicate effectively and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders. \nAre proactive, accurate, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. \nHave experience with, or are willing to learn, tools used for process documentation, collaboration, and digital content creation. \nThis internship is particularly suitable if you enjoy improving ways of working, translating complex information into clear documentation, and supporting knowledge sharing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to globally applied project management processes while developing valuable skills in process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation management, and digital learning solutions. Your work will directly support the further professionalization and adoption of standardized project management practices within ASML.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
