You will work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to improve processes, data quality, and information accessibility. You will receive coaching from experienced team members while gaining practical experience in a complex international environment. Your main responsibilities will be:\nSupport the implementation and adoption of a contract lifecycle management system.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support change activities.\nAnalyze contract-related processes and identify improvement opportunities.\nImprove the quality, consistency, and completeness of contract management data.\nDevelop and maintain a central information hub for contract-related guidance and resources.\nCreate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.\nThis is a bachelor’s or master’s non-thesis internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of September 2025.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nHave strong interest in business processes, digital systems, and data management.\nAre analytical and able to translate information into practical recommendations.\nDemonstrate proactive stakeholder management and strong communication skills.\nWork independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.\nHave professional proficiency in written and spoken English.\nThis internship offers the opportunity to work on meaningful business challenges while developing skills in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and contract management. You will join a supportive team where training and coaching are provided from the start.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
