In this Business Analytics | Quality Management internship: EHS performance improvement, you will help turn operational data into meaningful insights and support improvement initiatives across a global network. You will work on real business challenges related to environmental, health and safety performance, quality management, and operational excellence. If you are interested in using data to drive improvements and support sustainable operations, this internship offers an excellent learning opportunity.\nYour assignment\nAs part of the EHS, Quality & Operational Excellence team, you will support activities that improve safety, quality, and operational performance across the Reuse & Repair network. You will analyze business data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and help track actions that contribute to operational excellence. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations while developing practical business analytics and quality management skills. Your main responsibilities will be\nAnalyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data.\nIdentify trends, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.\nSupport incident investigations, audit follow-up activities, and quality reviews.\nMonitor corrective and preventive actions and support timely completion.\nHelp document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking.\nThis is a bachelor/master non-thesis internship for minimum 4 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Quality Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Safety Management, Technical Business Administration, or a related field.\nHave strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to solve business challenges.\nAre proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new systems and reporting tools (eg. SAP).\nAre proactive, structured, and focused on continuous improvement and quality.\nCommunicate effectively and collaborate confidently with stakeholders in an international environment.\n During this internship, you will gain practical experience in business analytics, quality management, environmental health and safety, and operational excellence. You will contribute to projects that support safer operations, improved performance, and ASML's sustainability ambitions.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
