You will work closely with communication professionals and stakeholders while gaining experience in content creation, audience interaction, and communication effectiveness. Through this internship, you will help transform communication strategies into practical actions that reach employees across the organization.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nCreate and update communication materials that support security awareness initiatives\n\nDevelop articles, presentations, visual content, and other communication assets\n\nCoordinate communication requests and track deliverables to ensure consistency\n\nMonitor employee feedback and identify recurring themes and improvement opportunities\n\nSupport audience engagement activities and follow-up communication\n\nAnalyze communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization\n\nHelp maintain organized communication processes and up-to-date content resources\n\nThis is a bachelor/master internship (non-thesis) for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of end of November.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field\n\nHave strong written communication skills in English\n\nAre analytical and able to translate information into engaging communication materials\n\nDemonstrate a proactive and structured approach to organizing and delivering work\n\nCollaborate effectively with different stakeholders and communicate professionally\n\nShow curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment\n\nThis internship is ideal if you want to combine creativity with practical execution and gain experience in communication that drives real behavioral change. During this internship, you will contribute to meaningful awareness initiatives while developing valuable professional skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and content creation. At ASML, you will work in a collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas and contributions help support positive change across the organization.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\n\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\n\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\n\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.\n\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
