You solve complex technical disturbances, drive structural improvements and ensure new drive laser solutions are introduced safely and effectively into manufacturing. Working closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Development & Engineering and Field support teams, you play a key role in maximizing system performance, quality and availability.\nRole & Responsibilities\nResolve complex drive laser disturbances and lead technical problem-solving activities.\nManage technical escalations and drive structural solutions to prevent repeat issues.\nQualify drive lasers after module replacements and verify performance against specifications.\nReview technical solutions, action plans and work procedures to ensure quality and manufacturability.\nAssess technical risks and support the introduction of new products, technologies and processes.\nAct as the manufacturing subject matter expert for drive laser-related topics.\nCollaborate with Engineering and other stakeholders to improve system reliability and manufacturing performance.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Aerospace Engineering or Automotive Engineering.\nCandidates with an MBO background are also encouraged to apply when combined with significant hands-on troubleshooting and qualification experience.\nExperience working with complex technical systems in a high-tech manufacturing, testing, integration or service environment.\nExperience in commissioning, qualification, troubleshooting or performance optimization is considered a strong advantage.\nSkills\nStrong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary technical environments.\nComfortable making technical decisions under pressure and uncertainty.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStructured way of working with a focus on quality and process discipline.\nContinuous learning mindset with the ability to build and share expertise.\nOwnership mentality with a drive to improve systems, processes and technical performance.\nOther Information\nThis position is based in Veldhoven, The Netherlands\nThis position operates in a 2-shift environment (Early shift: 06:30 - 15:30, Late shift: 15:00 - 00:00), You will work one weekend each month\nOccasional international travel may be required for training and support activities.\nYou will report directly to the Team Lead.\nFor this position, the expected fixed annual salary is between € 55,000,- and €65.000,-. This amount includes holiday allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Profit sharing will come on top of the fixed annual salary. Because this is a shift position, you will receive a shift allowance on top of your salary.
