This position combines technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving to ensure optimal tooling performance and compliance with ASML standards.\nThis position is designed for a proactive person who can takes ownership.\nAre you that team player that wants a role in driving improvements & projects on ATT tooling within the TWINSCAN Factory? We might be looking for you!\nRole and responsibilities\nAs an Automated Torque Tooling (ATT) Engineer:\nDeploy ATT solutions in the factory and provide second-line technical support for ATT-related issues\nParticipate in improvement projects to enhance ATT processes and tooling performance.\nDefine and maintain standards for ATT usage on the shop floor, including reference cards and tightening optimization.\nSupport bolting quality projects and SPC analysis for torque accuracy.\nTrain ATT key users and provide guidance on best practices.\nShare knowledge on ATT calibration and configuration processes.\nStakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nProactively connect with Execution and Technical Support in order to transfer improvement ideas concerning tooling or tooling processes.\nDrive for an efficient tooling process in order to ensure availability of tooling with the right quantity and quality.\nEducation and experience\nMaster in technical area, Mechanical engineering preferred\nKnowledge of production processes, preferably in a high tech, low volume assembly and/or automotive environment.\n> 2 years of working experience as production/quality engineer (preferred)\nSkills\nExcellent problem-solving and escalation handling skills\nClear, effective, and social communication skills\nAnalytical, pragmatic, pro-active and customer oriented.\nResult driven, focusing on quality and continuous improvement.\nTakes initiative, shows ownership, hands on mentality.\nIs a reliable team player; can also engage and convince people.\nIs a quick learner, able to prioritize and operate independently and adapt to changing circumstances\n Nice to have: Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)\nNice to have: Experience with Atlas Copco tools and ATT controllers\nOther information\nPlease add your complete, recent CV and cover letter for this position latest by 16th of October EOD.
