You will work closely with engineers to understand business needs and translate them into practical software solutions.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nAnalyze measurement data and understand relevant performance indicators\nImprove the quality, reliability, and maintainability of existing software tools\nRefactor and optimize software components to increase code reusability\nDevelop data visualization solutions and interactive dashboards\nTranslate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights\nCollaborate with engineers to identify valuable metrics and reporting needs\nDocument software improvements and support knowledge sharing within the team\nThis is a bachelor/master non-thesis internship for 6 months, 5 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field\nHave efficient coding skills in Python and/or MATLAB\nHave strong verbal and written communication skills in English\nAre analytical and able to work with complex datasets\nAre proactive and eager to learn in a collaborative environment\nCan structure and improve software code in a clear and maintainable way\nThis internship offers hands-on experience in software development, data analytics, and visualization within a highly innovative high-tech environment. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to real-world performance analysis solutions, and develop skills relevant to a future career in software engineering and data-driven development.\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
